Dear Mr. Lovill,We are writing this letter in regards to one of Town & Country Realtors. We would like you to know that you are blessed to have of the best, working for you. that person is Virginia Midkiff, When we were looking for a home in 2004, he helped us above & beyond nd found the perfect home and made sure it was the right one for us.We lived there for two years, and came to sell, but due to sickness and job.We asked Virginia to list our house and sell for us.Immediately she came out and took pictures,& had our home listed.Time went by by several months, it did not sell, but she keep us informed and updated about showings. Finally we found a buyer, sold the house. After she found a buyer we had some financial problems with the mortgage holder. They threated us with foreclosure, and a date was set,, W had to stop the sale which looked impossible,we work hard & long hours on the phone trying to stop the sale. Virginia more than required, called the bank. She faxed contract, bank approval, and other documents. Time was running out, came down to 24 hrs. before the sale.We prayed nd gve this problem to the LordVirginia & I prayed and at 7:00 p.m. that night a call came from California from the main office of Option One. The represenative called Virginia on three way call,asking for the information he needed while we waited on line.
